Lead Partner of Achievement
Full-Time | Hybrid | 40 hrs/week
The Lead Partner of Achievement will play a primary role in providing services to clients that meet the needs of their school and organization as it relates to adult growth, student achievement, academic and social-emotional outcomes, inclusive practices, and school/organization improvement.

Closely examine educational issues as it relates to clients and stakeholders

Collaborate with Founding and Consulting Partners to identify creative approaches to client needs

Develop innovative and courageous approaches to client needs
-
Implement creative solutions aligned with project goals - including landscape analysis, systems or programs planning, or professional development.

Reflect on project process and outcomes to identify areas of strength and for improvement

Provide ongoing and proactive communication with Founding Partners and clients through multiple means

Explore possible partnerships through ongoing networking and communication within the field

Develop related services, offerings, and events to be marketed to clients
